The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed the sale of a compound feed plant in Kyiv.

This is stated in the message of AMCU (Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine).

“Permission has been granted to Dnipro Agro Alliance Ltd (Nicosia, Cyprus) for the company to acquire a share in the authorized capital of Zavod Kyivkombikorm LLC, which ensures an excess of 50% of the votes in the company’s highest management body.”
